Situated at Motueka Quay, bounded to the East by a public walkway and the Motueka Estuary and to the West by the Motueka Golf Course, this house was built as a seaside holiday home.

This “Summer Home” is low maintenance, maximising the sun and extensive panoramic views but able to stand up to family holidays.
